They have a high heat level depending on your level of tolerance. The bottle size is as expected but I wish it was a little bigger for this amount of money. I go through these quick. A: As far as I know they are Calabrian peppers.

A: if you like spicy food why not? not extremely spicy but they definitely have a good kick. very salty though.

Great product, I mainly use it for making spicy oil for pizza but I use țhis oil to spice up just about anything I cook. I love the taste of this pepper they are not too spicy but the flavor is fantastic. Love it and use it all the time
