Does the job
I had a parathyroid surgery and my blood calcium level went down. I had tingles in my nose, lips, fingers, legs. I needed a supplement and the recommended Tums were not helping me, in high doses. Glad I tried this one, as it does the job, with each tablet. I don’t have to take it every day, but I do when tingles are back.

Very Good pruduct
Effervescent calcium is an expensive way to get calcium, however, if you want quick absorption to help with muscle cramps, this is a good way to get it. I really like the taste of this one, they dissolve quickly, and would highly recommend them.
