Excellent for wound healing without removing skin

Pain-free dressing change
Mepitel has no healing properties but cannot impede healing either. What it does, very efficiently, is provide a gentle barrier between a wound and its dressing so that the dressing can be removed swiftly and painlessly. For macerated skin, leg ulcers, pressure sores etc., that is invaluable.

Keeps wounds closed for better healing
It closes up wounds and helps to heal. Any blood can seep through onto a dressing on top, which can be changed whilst leaving the Mepitel contact layer in place, and keeping the wound closed. Excellent.

A good product
This is a good product . I however bought it by mistake . The stickiness is on both sides . I had intended to buy MEPITL ONE which only adheres on the skin side . Be careful which product you require
