Highly Recommended
Good fit, very well built, and another layer of safety over standard helmets. I am impressed with the quality of this helmet. I have been biking for 30 years-probably my 10th helmet. I put it at number one on that list. Light, airflow is good, and while I haven't tested it yet, I think it would survive a crash well. Only thing I had to adjust to - how to squirt water from my bottle into my now covered mouth! I recommend.

Great Fat Bike Helmet
As a road and light trail cyclist, I generally the felt standard bike helmets gave me the protection I needed. It's not often that I fell or road so crazy that I considering needing more. However, when purchased a fat bike to cure the winter blues and started riding on more technical trails that often had snow, ice, and trees tight on trails. After threading the needle between two trees enough times- where you are between between small two climbs and there is ice at the trough- it became apparent how easy it would be to lose traction and face plant into a tree trunk. This helmet has been great. Pros: It fits my large head almost perfectly. Most of the time even the XL is too small for me. This is snug but over bearing. It looks cool. Some people can pull off the cycling helmet look. I cannot. I look like a major dweeb. It's warm. I was surprised that riding in 7 degree weather here how much warmer it made my entire body. I can wear fewer layers and thus don't overheat, and I now longer feel the need to wear a face mask for windburn, ear muffs, or anything else on my head. Ski googles fit over it perfectly around the outside of the helmet and on your face for those snowy days. Accommodates sunglasses nice also. It's almost like a motor cycle helmet in terms of the level of protection it adds. Not quite as much over kill, but you feel like your face and head are very well protected. It looks like the liner comes out for cleaning, since you will sweat a bit with it on. The price was very reasonable. I have close to this and more for most of my bike helmets that aren't nearly as durable or near the quality of this. Cons: The only con I can come up with so far is that it might feel oppressively hot in the warmer months. It does have some vents, I haven't bothered to see if they are adjustable. And maybe you can remove some of the padding in liner also? I haven't played around with it much because it's out of the box it's doing what I wanted for my purposes and much more.

Happy with it so far!
After years of not owning a bicycle, I got an E-bike a couple of weeks ago. I of course rode bikes as a child, and rode BMX stunt bikes as a teen transitioning to a young man. Like many young men, I didn't wear a helmet. One day, while a friend and I were slowly coasting around chatting on our BMX bikes, when my friend ran over a twig which wrenched the bike's front wheel to the side, making my friend lose his balance. He fell right beside a sidewalk, cracking his head right on it's edge.... He got a nasty concussion, a badly scraped shoulder, and a weird lump on his neck from the impact, which needed surgery to be removed. My parents took me to a bike shop where I picked out a skate style helmet, and I wore it every time I threw a leg over a bike. Once I stopped riding BMX, I sold that bike and bought a mountain bike. I bought a standard bicycle helmet and hated that thing. I just don't care for the way such helmets fit on the head. I've been street motorcycling for about five years now, and of course wear a helmet, full face with visor. I've really grown to like the coverage that full face helmets give, so when I ordered my E-bike, I thought I'd try a full face bike helmet! I nearly bought a competitively priced helmet from Bell, but the reviews of folks here that have had to "use" this helmet in impacts is what made me choose this helmet. I'm happy to say that I haven't had to "use" my helmet that way and hope I never have to! So my thoughts are based on fitment, wear and weight. Fitment: One reviewer remarked that Demon uses a sizing system like HJC helmets. I don't know if I agree with them. I have an HJC street motorcycle helmet, which is X-Large and fits my head snugly. I ordered this helmet in X-Large and it's a little loose. That being said, with this helmet's chin strap clicked in place and properly set, I can't pull this helmet off my head. So the fitment is acceptable to me, and I worry that a Large size wouldn't even fit me. I've gone on a couple of rides that lasted a couple of hours and despite my sweaty head, the padding doesn't collapse, so the fitment of this helmet is also consistent. Wear: As mentioned, even on longer rides, this helmet's fitment stays consistent. The padding doesn't collapse or balloon up, so the helmet doesn't fit looser or tighter on my head. I hope this doesn't change, but if it does, I'll update this review. Weight: WOW. This helmet is soooo lightweight! It's not only much lighter than my street motorcycle helmets, but it's even lighter than my old full face helmet that I used to wear when riding ATV's! I'm so grateful for this when I get home from a ride and pull this helmet off, only to feel slight relief from the removal of weight as compared to great relief when I pull my street motorcycle helmet off. Finally, this helmet has helped me repurpose a piece of equipment. I just ride my bike on the roadsides, but may try trails one day. I'd received a chance to review a Bluetooth helmet speaker set early this year, and wasn't a fan. The set was a clean install to my Shoei motorcycle helmet, but I wear earplugs when I ride my motorcycle, so having the speakers was kind of pointless. While it wasn't as clean of an installation to this helmet since it doesn't have dedicated pockets in the padding for speakers, I was able to install the speaker system into this helmet, and it's great!! I can hear my music, AND still listen for traffic and other environmental noises as I ride my E-bike! It's a much more stable set up than using a standard bicycle helmet (a friend at work insisted on giving me one of his extras) and actually cleaner since this helmet blocks out some wind noise. So I'm overall quite satisfied with this helmet, and I'm always happier when a purchase lets me repurpose other gear that's fallen out of use. If I begin bicycling frequently and/or hitting the trails, I do see myself pursuing another full face helmet, one that fits my head better. But for the riding I do now, it's fine and while I again hope I never have to find out, I'd feel confident with this helmet holding up in a crash.

Tight on the cheeks and ears
At first I grabbed the large tan version , and it was a bit tight , I have a fairly large head. So I ordered the replacement, which was the blue one at an XL size , a little better but still tight . The only difference is that it's a little looser. Emphasis on a little , I like the color and the feel of the padding and ruggedness of the helmet , I believe it will do the work just right. The tight areas are around my ears and jaw area . I would recommend because it feels like my skull will be protected . Hope this helps .

Great Product
Bought this for my teenage son for mountain biking and electric scooter riding. It fits just right. The ventilation is excellent, as advertised. I think the vents are what he is most impressed with. And it is very lightweight. Came in a box with a branded carrying sack. Thought the package had been stolen off my porch, and when I reached out for help the company was very responsive and helpful. Turns out a neighbor had grabbed it for me.

Looks cool, fits well, lighter than expected
UPDATE: I had a pretty epic crash with my buddy in which I smashed my head off of his head then smashed my head off the ground. I literally felt nothing wearing this helmet. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I really like this helmet. For what it's worth I have an XL and if my head was much bigger it wouldn't fit. I wear a 7 5/8 inch hat. A few of my big headed friends have tried it on and it has fit all of them so far. Padding is nice, fit an finish is nice. It is way lighter than I expected, I feel like my old Bell FF helmet was considerably heavier, that was 20 years ago. Really couldn't recommend this helmet more. I was looking for a bargain, and this is it. I love the confidence that a FF helmet gives me also. In fact that is another major benefit, I don't want to ride without it ever. I don't feel the same about regular MTB helmets. I haven't tried it in summer weather yet, but the venting seems pretty good.

Great Helmet
I use this helmet for mountain boarding and will be using it for mountain biking single track and bike parks as well. Lightweight but solid, great breathability and cooling for this type of helmet. I am 6'1" @ 210 lbs and the XL size fits my head very well. Snug, but not tight. The only downfall with this type of helmet, not necessarily this helmet but the style in general, is that in the evening when cruising by the river there are clouds of gnats and no-see-ums (tiny flying bugs you can't see until too late) and when you ride through them they get scooped into the helmet. I've had to stop and take the helmet off to get the bugs out. Better than having to scrape them off my teeth I guess. :) All in all I would recommend this helmet if you're looking for a good helmet without breaking the bank.

Best eBike Helmet!
I've dumped my ebikes 3 times, each time my helmet was the first thing to contact the ground. If you think a piece of Styrofoam will protect your noggin, you're delusional. This helmet is ventilated, fits well, and allows your ears to work. Safe! Plus, you look like a bad-arse. Get one. I have 3.
