Perfect? Not quite. Still young and growing. The bikes are truly splendid. Owner, Arda Onal, and his team are the real deal, and will do everything they can to see that the customer be a happy rider. If you shop with Ariel Rider, you'll surely be happy you did. The W-750 that I have is really impressive, and the N-750 is similar in many ways. The N-750 is equally powerful and more compact with a hidden battery. Just a matter of preference between the W and N series'.The fine touch points and branding offer a lot of charm and appeal. It's a proud, fine machine. Stitched leather (fake, I think, but not sure!) grips with a half-twist throttle on the right, Tektro hydraulic brakes that feel like the stoppage is velvet against silk when you're pulling the levers, paint matched fenders & chain guard, and sleek artisan lines - and that's just on the outside! The fittings and hardware are high quality, the spoke gauges and disc sizes are proper for the heavy and powerful bikes, and they're equipped with a reliable Shimano Altus cassette. Everything seems to have been carefully thought out, improved and updated, and they don't seem to be slowing down innovating and developing. My W-750 is a comfortable cruiser.The only concern seems to be shipping. In my personal experience, both UPS and Fed Ex are abusive handlers. They're not alone, in fact I've seen worse. My bike needed a few adjustments, and I needed Ariel Rider to guide me through them. Some of it was trying, but it was clear adjustments were necessary because of handling/shipping. Once the adjustments were made, it all lined up and I was immediately thrilled with my ebike.As an experienced ebiker in the soggy Pacific Northwest, here's what I think you'll definitely want in an ebike: Cargo capability - the ability to fit a rack for a trunk bag and panniers, child seat, what have you. Hydraulic brakes - ebikes are heavier and faster than regular bicycles and you want quality, reliable braking power. Suspension of some kind - you're going to want to enjoy riding your ebike and on roads or not, there are many bumps, especially here in the Northwest. The sprung seat is comfortable, and the Ariel Rider models with a springer fork add a bit more comfort too. Fenders/Mudguards - You can't beat Ariel Rider's mudguards, really. Lights - integrated lights didn't seem like a big deal before but now that I have them, I'd insist upon them on any ebike in the future, and I especially fancy the active brake light whether or not the taillight is turned on. (Most cycling accidents occur when a bike slows down and a car doesn't notice in time, so this is a great safety feature) Consider the display - I'm absolutely fine with Ariel Rider's branded displays. If I could ask for more, I'd like a centrally-mounted, slightly larger color display with the control unit on the left as it is. One other improvement I'd recommend to Arda and his team; Either a full-twist throttle with a kill switch or lock, or a thumb throttle option. The half-twist throttle is not inconvenient. Maybe my hands are a little large, but that is my personal preference - a full grip.Great job, Ariel Rider. Great job, Arda and Berka. Gorgeous bikes.
