It says in the directions that it canNOT be submersed into the water and that it must remain floating on the top of the water. (Basically, the circuit board and lights have to stay on top of the water.) The description on Amazon says that it makes a great bath toy and there is a picture (obviously photoshopped) of a baby playing with it in the bath... there is no way a baby wouldn’t dunk it into the water. Ugh, so I read through the reviews to see how there are any 5 star reviews and it’s pretty obvious that all of the 5 star reviews are reviewing a grow light for plants, not this light.
