where is the schwinn bike made?

My Schwinn Fitness IC700 was made in China. it is stated on a label on the base. in my opinion it is well made.

What is the minimum height? Is this suitable for those on the shorter side? I'm 152 cm 4"11 and want a low seat setting + to be able to reach pedles

My wife is 5'1 and cycles regularly on the Schwinn. We think a 4'11 person could cycle on this bicycle.
