I enjoyed how easy the hair was to install in my teenager hair. The hair is light weight with no smell. You can tell the seller take pride in his or her work. I would take go daughter to the shop and spend money to get my daughter hair done but she said no more because of the long braiding time or whatever that was going on. She also didn’t like the behavior of how some of the stylist because she felt like she was being talked about because how course her hair is and also the fact that her hair broke off due to chemicals. This product alone has made it easier for me to do my daughter hair without spending all my time and money in a shop. I have a happy daughter who loves her hair and feels comfortable getting her hair done. She love the way her hair look and feel. I wish the seller had a YouTube channel showing how to cut down on styling time when installing the hair. I would definitely support the channel.

**Q: Help!!!im confused one section reads 8 packs and others read 6.... how many packs come in the bundle?**
A: You can choose either 6 or 8 bundles . I ended up getting 8 because its wasnt much price difference.

**Q: why do you not offer the 27/30 in 8 packs?  Its only a 6 pack will that be enough to do a small head?**
A: The color 3027 is available in 6 packs and 8 packs. 6 packs for small heads, 8 packs for big heads and customers who like fuller hair.

**Q: Is the hair hard or soft**
A: I find the hair to be soft and very light upon installation.

**Q: Does the Pink come in 18"?**
A: sorry, we don't have an 18-inch pink

It’s a little shiny in the beginning, but after a few weeks it gets duller and looks more natural and I don’t like the curls, so I put it in hot water to remove a little bit of the curls, but not make it too straight. After doing all these, it looks very natural. It does not itch and after two months, it doesn’t stick together like the other famous brand I used to buy. This one can also be reused even after two months of use, the other one from the famous brand that I used to buy, I can’t use it twice it’s only one use after two months. I think this is a better quality and it’s cheaper. I recommend it and will be buying again soon.
