My Macaw Parrot loves this thing so much that I'm going to have to buy another one, or maybe two, because she keeps chewing It up.

Durability

Our elderly Amazon parrot, who stopped playing with toys many years ago and just watches TV now, surprisingly chewed and destroyed this rather large and imposing toy in less than a week. Then she wanted another one. We bought three altogether, and she's had so much fun destroying them. We also heard her laughing a lot more than usual. Hmm. We all highly recommend this chewing toy.

I usually wait a bit before I write a review so here goes. Our 5 month old Double Yellow Headed Amazon seems to really enjoy climbing on top of his play stand and hanging on this toy using it to swing from upside down far more so than he does chewing it. He only chews on it when taking a breather from using it to swing from or kicking it with his feet. He doesn’t get bored with it as fast as some other toys he has, I think the bright colors keep him engaged and it seems like he enjoys finding some other ways to play with it. It does seem pretty sturdy by comparison to other toys he’s had. We’ve had it a few weeks now, and it has held up longer than most toys that lasted only a few days before they get ragged and destroyed beyond use. The wood is a bit harder than some toys so that may be part of it. It still looks pretty new for a toy he has spent a fair amount of time playing with daily. The picture I am including here was taken last night so it shows. This toy wasn’t as expensive as some toys that lasted 1/3 of the time so it was worth the price. The ropes haven’t even begun to unravel yet, and they do seem strong even with daily abuse administered by his sharp beak and nails that probably need to be clipped again. He’s happy with it and so are we. We will buy other toys from this seller in the future.

New rabbit and trying to find toys. Vet suggested bird toys. This is well priced. Well made. Feels sturdy. Though I won't leave him unsupervised with it because he's a rabbit, actually a punk. I'm confident it's safe and won't fall apart or small pieces come off to choke him but just in case. I'm sure a bird would have many days of fun! Gonna say go for it! (I took hook off. Nice hook!)

The birds love it .. they're always swinging and hanging off of these things... we found that you'll need a couple different ones with a different design or style and rotate them every few weeks so they don't get board... have fun

I have a Meyers parrot that loves to chew wood. This is her favorite toy by far. She will work on this thing all day and I’m glad she’s entertained. The only thing I dislike is that the toy won’t last long. She’s had it for maybe a week and she’s already gotten through multiple pieces of the wood and learned how to untie the knots in the rope to remove the wood pieces and chew them separately (shown in video and picture). I don’t mind buying her more of these, but I just wish they lasted longer.

Bought to replace ones that needed changing. For some reason shes not interested in it and was scared to get around so placed it back in bag. I wish I could have returned it but was past the date of return when I got home from hospital. It appears to be durable and made well and very colorful but not for her.

Perfect size for a conure. It seems pretty sturdy. He hasn't played with it yet as its still new but I'm sure later this evening or tomorrow he will play with it.

My Conure loves it, but once the product was viewed up close i cant help but think of the glue in the plywood. I cut the plywood ones out with tin snips, all is good.
