I have been taking these since about 4 months into my last pregnancy. My daughter is now 15 months old and I still take these everyday. I credit these vitamins to the improvement of my iron levels. I also credit these to helping with my restless legs that I regularly get at night (when I run out of these and go a week or so without, my restless legs come back). While these are pretty big pills, I just swallow them with a beverage 1 at a time and have no issues. No after burps either. I love how clean the ingredients are and though I am no longer pregnant or planning on having more children, I am still going to take these as my daily multivitamin.

I love this prenatal! It’s Biotin free for acne prone skin, and it’s whole-food, plant-based nutrition, has advanced/methylated B vitamins, antioxidant and gut-support extras (great when you’re sick for weeks at a time! lol) and K2, trace minerals, phytonutrients!! I will be taking it for baby #2!!

The content is prob fine, but the SIZE of the tablets are HUGE! They are chalky dry, about 7/8”x3/8” and so big in the mouth. A person could easily choke. I have taken twice and had to ground the tablets by breaking with a heavy jar or hammer, then put in water to get down. Because of size I do not recommend this product.

I researched each individual vitamin and mineral in this multi. They are the most absorbent, and overall best form of each, plus they come from Whole Foods and from Canada. I love the glass bottle, too. They are labeled prenatal, but I have been taken various prenatal vitamins all my life because they are so safe, less likely to cause irritation, and highly absorbable. My whole family takes them now. Even though some vitamins and minerals are best taken separately, who has time for all of that - This multivitamin is worth it!

Despite that, I’ve had a great experience with these vitamins and will definitely continue buying them. They’ve been a reliable and healthy choice throughout my pregnancy journey!

This is a great complete and comprehensive prenatal multi for women, it covers allot of what the body needs and will continue to buy even through postpartum.

I wanted something more ‘natural’ for my prenatal for seconded baby and was recommended these at a local health store. I switched from nestle prenatal and noticed a huge difference in my energy and overall feeling. They are large pills and it says to take 2. So one jar lasts you a month. Can be pricey but I will pay that for my health and babies!

These prenatals are great and they have straight folate instead of folic acid which is a bonus!
