Received the item quickly. Was very easy to use and interpret results. Definitely recommend the bacteria test kit.

The first one I received was opened and missing the test strip.so ordered a replacement and the test strip was a dud. The control line didn't even come up. The test was inconclusive. Now after I had to go through all this and still can't let my kids into our pool with the temperatures over 90 degrees because now I have to find a different brand of test kit and purchase a third test! Absolutely Ridiculous.

Did exactly what we needed it to do.

One of the tube for collecting the water sample had. Agile in it making that whole test strip unusable. I have used four plus that one, not sure if any other test modules will have. A hole in the tube or not but not worth the return process. Just beware that out of the 10, you’ll have at least seven good ones maybe.

Quick easy and accurate! We use these for AirBNb hot tubs or anywhere we’re traveling. A friend of ours got a terrible bacterial infection from a rented hot tub in a luxury setting so we never get in without testing first!

I liked the product when texting my pool water it came up negative within the first 10-15 min. But when I left it longer then that. It eventually turned positive. So don’t know which results to believe.

Not reliable product. Ran 2 tests that showed positive for bacteria in hot tub. Emptied, sanitized and thoroughly rinsed tub. Ran another test and got same result. Expensive unreliable product
