depends on what material of binder you are using....if it is metal it will be very tight

Will a .357 mag revolver 4in barrel fit in this bag

All I can say is that Every handgun that I have fits very well with no problem, including my S&W .357 mag. 4” bbl. Mountain Light, Air Light, this is a great bag, very versatile , but I only carry them in the larger main compartment and the compartment on the very back and you should Velcro a holster in the back compartment so the weapon doesn’t fall out, it’s a very nice bag, I would definitely by it again !

Will this fit an AR15 ig broken down that is 33 inches in length?

No, I don’t believe it will. It would probably fit all other components but the barrel and upper would be too long.
