I will start this review by saying I was NOT paid to do this review nor was I given this product to review. I bought it because I am in need of a biotin supplement do to my hair thinning after weight loss surgery. Biotin works but I have difficulty swallowing pills. I needed a chewable or something that dissolves but doesn't make be gag with its flavor. The Natrol Biotin 5000 mcg Fast Dissolve Tablets meet all the criteria and then some. #1 --- They are a great price. Compared to other brand of similar quality and criteria these are very affordable. #2 -- They deliver what they promise. The dissolve quickly. Not only that, they barely have any taste at all so they could be a chewable also (and I've done that with no problems). They are not chalky and have a nearly non-existent taste. For me, that's a plus. #3 -- I don't know why, perhaps the quality of biotin varies, but these work better than other biotin supplements. I noticed in the few weeks I've been using them that not only has my hair stopped thinning my hair is getting fuller in that area. My hair in general has become a bit thicker and split ends and dryness seem to be a thing of the past. My hair is very shiny and feels good to the touch. I use very little mousse, gel or spray in my hair. Even when I just towel dry it and brush it my hair looks pretty good. #4 -- My skin and nails have improved too. The skin on my hands has been getting that old, dry look to it. Since I started using the Natrol biotin (and I didn't get this result with other biotin supplements) my hands have started looking less wrinkly. My nails are going in nicely and rarely break anymore. I highly recommend this product. Consult your health care professional before using any supplement. This was approved by my nutritionist after I expressed concern that my hair was getting very dry and seemed to be thinning after surgery.

I like that these melt under your tongue quickly, and have a good flavor. I believe that it has made a difference with my hair and nails because my hair is more healthy & strong, and my nails are growing and not splitting in layers they are now hard and strong.

These are easy chewable capsules however they are pretty strong on the stomach so if you do chew, make sure you have either eaten before or eat after I was just drinking water after still made my stomach hurt, but that’s just my personal experience. I think it has contribute to my hair growth after having my newborn, but I’m also taking other vitamins such as magnesium and fish oil

I take this product as my daily supplement and reorder this constantly! The strawberry flavor is easy to chew and dissolves nicely, does not give any stomach discomfort whatsoever! Great taste and the results are obvious.

Nice taste, easy to take, show results when take it well done as a supplement. Play with it, taking sometimes doesn't bring any results. Even reducing the appetite and promote the improvement of metabolism are visible after 1 to 2 weeks taking it daily (at morning).
