Hape Twist and Turnables Wooden Building Block Learning Set

We are happy with the Hape brand. Their toys are well made, and our twenty month old really enjoys playing with them. This toy is no different, yet is more challenging in that it is based on an acquired skill. Twisting completely in one direction rather than twisting back and forth takes some time to learn. But that is what is great about this toy- it encourages learning this new skill. The pieces are smooth and beautifully painted, and they provide a nice combination of shapes and colors. The size is good too, just right for little hands to hold on to.

Many people have said that some of them don’t twist easily but I think it’s intentional so there r different levels of strength required. Nice size, no choking hazard, bright colors, easy to wipe the outside and super cute

Got this for our toddler to play with. All the pieces were there, and the quality is good. The size was not too big or too small. Unfortunately, this is not a toy our toddler wanted to come back to. Once he figured it out he moved into the next thing. I would recommend for multiple children or in an educational/therapeutic setting, but you're not going to get much use out of these with one kiddo. Still a good product to work on fine motor milestones!

These are excellent quality and very durable. I was pleasantly surprised at how well-made they are. They’re definitely not like the cheap plastic toys you see everywhere. My two-year-old doesn’t fully understand how to use them yet, but I’m glad we have them for practice.

Very nice for toddlers

These make for a great Montessori fine motor skills activity. They are well made.

These have been great for my babies/toddlers. They can use them to practice matching and then as they age can use it to improve their dexterity since it isn’t an easy function to screw something on/off.

I love Hape products. We have many and all have stood up very well and are very educational. These twisties have taught my babies how to twist lids on and off. They love them. The colors are bright and they screw on and off easily.

Die Schraubklötze sind ein tolles Spielzeug, unsere Tochter liebt es! Es wird einfach nie langweilig und bietet immer wieder neue Spielmöglichkeiten. Gleichzeitig fördert es die motorischen Fähigkeiten und regt zum Ausprobieren und Entdecken an.

J'aime beaucoup ce jouet conçu pour les 1/3 ans. Le jouet est de bonne taille, aisée pour les petites mains. Le principe de vissage/dévissage est assez facile et les formes sont ludiques si bien que les enfants y reviennent souvent. Les formes vont 2 par 2 mais il est possible de les combiner à d'autres formes. Jouet de bonne qualité générale, très attrayant. Parfait dans une mise en place Montessori pour les plus petits. Je recommande.
