Very versatile and durable
Love the backpack! It's held up really well this past year and has been perfect for everything from everyday commuting, to traveling, to hiking. It's really versatile. I do wish that it had a waist belt and as someone that is really 5'3" and has a very short torso I would like it to come in a size small but it works well for me as is.

Not for heavier items
I love the back interior zipper pocket! Perfect for storing an iPad. The pockets in the front zipper compartment are handing for stowing & keeping cords, chargers, keys, handy. Unfortunately after using this daily in Athens, hiking in Santorini & at beach, the straps have started to fail. If you are not carrying toiletries/or water bottles, might be ok. Definitely not for bulky items like shoes
