The Art of Star Wars books, as a series, has become something of a minor obsession of mine, and this latest book is no exception.Lavishly illustrated with hundreds of sketches and full color artwork, this book is a masterpiece of unfolding a film's journey from concept to finished work, all through the work created by dozens of artists to give life to the end of the Skywalker Saga. Its pages clearly unfold in chapters regarding the various aspects of its production; character and costume concepts, aliens, droids, and the set pieces of the worlds explored in the film, all of them breathtaking in their own right.
