**Q: Can this be left in rain, plugged on? Or will it create hazardous condition such as electric current passing through or short-circuit?**
A: I wrap electrical tape around all plugs & whatever is plugged in to prevent any short circuiting.  If your outdoor outlet doesn’t have a top lift cover I put duct tape around any open space to prevent moisture from getting into plugs. Hope that’s helpful.

**Q: can this be plugged into a timer plug?**

**Q: My Christmas light connections are two prongs mostly. Is that a problem putting the two prong into the three prong outlets**
A: I have had no problem as mine are 2 prong also

**Q: It is described as "weatherproof", but the tag on the cord says "do not use when wet". What is this supposed to mean?**
A: The cord is weatherproof when the outlets are occupied, because the water will not immerse in it, if the outlet are exposed to wet environment, it is not waterproof.
