Does this fit with full doors and a bikini top?

This is a factory replacement, so yet to full doors and 1/2 doors, and yes to any top that fits with factory installed parts

Do these work with any soft top?

It is not specific to a certain brand. It worked on my original TJ soft top as well as my smittybuilt replacement soft top. It should work on any soft top that follows factory specs.

Have any of these problem especially the left side not being sent been resolved

I ordered the left and right surrounds at the same time. They were shipped separately. Although I had to wait a couple of weeks between deliveries, I did receive the correct ones. So all in all, the wait was a pain but the endstate turned out great.
