Very happy with product and seller

Since Amazon won't let me write the review the the way I want, I'll just say that I'm giving high review to this product and the seller. I'd like to say why, and the kind and fast action of the seller, but Amazon won't let me.

One of the bags was torn

I received both of my bags today and on time. I opened up the envelope and one of the lodestone food bags were torn and it was sand all over the bottom of the envelope, I tried to get out what I could, but it was sticking to the inside of the envelope, yes I’m pissed off, but the other bag was fine.
