They are definitely worth $20 if not more. The case they came with is sturdy and fits in my purse perfectly. The headphones themselves are awesome! Great sound quality, they fit in my ears and to my surprise didn't fall out while I was running! I love that they connect to my phone automatically right when I take them out of the case and when charging them or placing them back in the case they are magnetic and fit right into their charging slot in a second! The charging cord that came with the product is a bit short-but that wasn't and issue for me as its a universal charging cord which I already had.
