will this tape stick to a piece of plexiglass aka acrylic? If it does, will it come of easily after the job is done? Tight turns?

I have not used it on plexiglass. I don't see why it wouldn't. I have used this tape on guitar body's. Just don't spray the paint if you are using paint to heavy over the tape. The paint has a tendency to bleed under the tape if you do not get a clean area for the tape to stick too.

Would this work for staining concrete? I'm looking to make skinny lines for a faux tile look.

Concrete is porus so the tape wont fill all the tiny spots amd the stain would seep under the tape. I woukd suggest using elmers glue that woukd fill all the tiny pockets and can be removed easily

Will it stick on painted canvas?

I don't think it will. This is more of an auto body tape for pin stripping. I do know that the blue painters tape does come in that size, and you can get it from Amazon.
