This has literally been life changing. I can’t believe the difference it’s made to my skin. I take my makeup off at night and put it on then do the same in the morning. My skin looks radiant, pores are smaller. Skin is softer. I will never use any else again

Had a breakout in what i think were hormonal cystic spots on cheeks and nose area and needed to find a solutionPic 1 - 3-4 weeks ago after using the below methodsPic 2 - straight after applying this and cream moisturiserPic 3 - this morningSo firstly i use a combination of products and do not use this product more than on weekendsI have oily skin so products which dry my skin are more preference so this may not work for other skin types. First 1-2 weeks spots got slightly worse before improvement.Morning routine1. Cleanser - arencia green rice mochi2. Cereve - blemish control gel3. The ordinary niacinamide 10% + zinc 1%4. The ordinary natural moisturiser + HaNight routine1. Cleanser - arencia green rice mochi2. The ordinary salicylic acid 2%3. Murad - deep relief blemish treatment4. The ordinary natural moisturiser + HaWeekends i swap out one morning or evening routine to use this product1. Now i know salt is not great but my spots seem to be more under the skin so i raise them up using a handful of westlab epsom salts on a cloth and scrub direct on face (other method is add a cup to a bath) - whilst research says there is no medical info for epsom salts helping cystic spots on face - epsom salts are actually found as a medical recommendation for trying to get rid of gynocological cysts etcThis is drying so it is likely not recommended if dry skin and i do not do more than once a week and i expect spots to look worse when they are bought to surface2. Anua rice enzyme brightening cleansing powder - i build up like a mask then add water to scrub in and wash off with a cloth (this product can be a bit messy)3. Paulas choice 2% bha liquid exfoliant4. The ordinary natural moisturiser + HaNow as i only add this into the routine twice a week i am not worried by bottle size - will likely last me another 2-3 months on the smaller one - same with the murad small bottle for priceThe ordinary serums and lotions are significantly cheaper and will last for another 2-3 months at least tooI do not know which products are helping the most for skin but this one is definately one i will keep in my routine for weekends and see it still value for money if used with some other products.

I’ve heard amazing things about this product and now I understand why. My skin feels smoother, looks brighter and my pores appear less noticeable after regular use. Gentle yet very effective. I will definitely repurchase.

I have post-menopausal skin, which, disappointingly, is still prone to breakouts, although not often. It prompted me to search out something that could help improve my skin’s texture, as well as deal with age-related hyperpigmentation and the occasional breakouts – a few big asks. I came across two Paula’s Choice products (the skin perfecting 2% liquid exfoliant, and the 10% azelaic acid booster) which had good reviews – I read many – and plenty of before/after evidence. I know you generally need to use products regularly before you can expect to see a visible difference but I’m already seeing a result after only a few days. You use both products on cleansed skin (I’ve been using Eucerin’s dermo-purifier oil control triple effect cleansing gel, which contains salicylic acid, it’s available from Boots). Consistency is key here and I’ve been using these two products morning and night. My skin is a lot smoother and is already visibly clearer, with the latest breakout is fading. I’m excited about how it will improve my skin longer term when used regularly. As I get older, I realise I’m going to have to take better care of my skin, and in a different way to when I was in my 20s. You can feel your skin tingling when the booster serum is applied, so if you have sensitive skin, maybe use less and be cautious until you see how it affects you personally. I’m really glad I found these products and will definitely continue to use them. Four stars only because it will prove quite expensive to use them all the time.

Nice product, does what it says.

This has been amazing for reducing pore size and clearing my blackheads. Great product. I only use it a few times a week as I think it's a lot for my skin. I do get flaky skin if overuse. But 2-3 times a week and moisturising has made such a difference to my complection. I find that I don't suffer with breakouts now. Haven't had a spot for months. I noticed a difference within 1 week of using. Would defo recommend this!

Too greasy for me. Expensive for small bottle.

A little goes a long way for a good cleanse

Es un buen producto para el cuidado de la piel. Tuve piel acnéica durante muchos años, y con muchas rojeces, tipo rosácea y muy reactiva a muchos productos. Encontrar productos para la piel que me no me irriten es muy complicado.Por recomendación de mi esteticista lo uso todas las noches, desde hace tres semanas, alternando el ácido salicílico con el acido azelaico de otra marca, nunca aplico los dos a la vez, podria ser demasiado agresivo para mi piel. El acido azelaico tiene un efecto similar, pero esta más indicado para pieles con rosacea, disminuye la inflación y las rojeces, aparte de limpiar un poco los poros.Los introduje en mi rutina nocturna de forma progresiva.Estoy notando una piel más lisa y luminosa, los poros menos obstruidas. Y mis cremas hidratantes están penetrando mejor. Realmente noto que me funciona. Varias personas me han comentado que se me ve un piel más radiante y mejorada.No sé me ha irritado nada la piel. Si bien es cierto que la reseca un poco, he tenido que cambiar mi crema hidratante ligera, por una más potente, con cerámicas, para preservar mi barrera cutánea durante este proceso de peeling.Además, es imprescindible usar factor de protección solar 50 todos los días al salir de casa mientras hago este tratamiento, la piel se vuelve más sensible a los rayos solares, esto es un peligro químico, y podria dañarse con facilidad sin estas precauciones.Sólo la uso en las zonas que lo necesito,en mi caso la zona T y la barbilla, para evitar malgastar producto, y secar zonas que no lo necesitan.Una vez dejas el tratamiento la piel vuelve a ser menos seca, a su estado natural.No me parece caro, se usa una cantidad de producto muy pequeña si además lo aplicas solo en las zonas que lo requieren.
