Great alternative to porridge
So good to be able to get teff via Amazon, this brand tastes great and you get a good amount too! I add some fresh fruit and use it as an alternative to porridge in the mornings

Very fine grains
I followed the preparation for this item. A lot was lost out of the sieve prior to cooking. Once cooked it had the appearance of a pancake. Filling but not for me I'm afraid.

Nice Flavour
Needed this to make Injeera - hadn’t realised I had ordered the grain instead of flour. But easy to grind into flour and make into a tasty bread to go with meals.

This grain taste good savoury or sweet. I add to porridge with chai seeds and poppy seeds and nuts. Will buy again but look for a bigger pack and more for my buck

It is not like cous-cous
I am not quite pleased with this. I expected it to be like cous-cous, but it isn't. It does not swell like cous-cous does. It was clean and decently packaged. Not fault of its own, just not what I expected.
