Directions to take towel on and off the hook
These are pretty and a cool concept, but as others have noted, they have a tendency to fall off the wall. They come with two sided adhesive tape to attach them to the wall rather than an option to screw them onto the wall.As for directions on taking the towel on and off: At first I was trying to slide my towel in and it didn't fit - I even thought I had to return it because perhaps my towel was too thick. Then I realized you just put the towel in from below and pull the towel up to let the ball do the work basically. Then to remove it, pull the towel up ever so slightly and pull it off from the side. I placed a video demonstration in the video section above.

They're grrreat
We moved into our new house and upon getting situated, we realized that there were many impractical things. One was that the towel bar in the master bath was far from the shower. I knew I'd have to get some sort of hook so I went to a couple home improvement stores (didn't find anything I liked), then browsed on Amazon and found these! I placed one each directly outside the shower and tub. These hooks look nice and come in very handy. I'm so happy with them!

Look great but may not be worth the money.
They look nice in the bathroom. We ordered two sets so we Have 4. They are easy to get towels on and off. Out of the four, one of the hooks kept falling off. Once we put on a new adhesive pad it has stayed. They have only been up a few weeks so hopefully they will continue to hold up.**update. We have had these over two months and one fell off a few times and took some paint with it. Also another one the marble just fell out with the towel. These are not as sturdy as I thought. They are a great idea but may want to stick with the bars.

Love these!
I was confused about how they worked in keeping the towel secure -- I thought it would be some kind of spring system, but it's actually with a marble that holds the towel securely fastened just with gravity, and you take the towel out by raising it and then pulling. Hard to explain, but it's a genius and great-looking system and I'm surprised that there were some not-so-positive reviews. Glad I got them despite that.

Very unique!
These are very cool! They’re bigger than I imagined. They would not stick to my concrete block walls with the included strips, so I think they need a totally smooth surface. I bought premium command strips and they work fine.

You can’t use screws
I was pretty disappointed to find that the only way to mount these to the wall was with a sticky adhesive. I was hoping to be able to mount sigh screws. Placed them in the wrong spot on the wall and the adhesive took about a 1.5in circle of paint off my wall.

Falls.
Gave it a 3. One is a 5 and one is a 1. We hung one and it’s in been place ever since doing its job wonderfully! However, the second one has continued to fall off. We tried using the extra strip and changing it making sure the wall is clean and everything, even let it sit for over a day before using it and it falls off and takes paint with it! I wouldn’t mind trying another because the one that stays is the COOLEST! So many people ask me about it but I unfortunately have to say the one just falls.

Work Great!
These are simple to install and will hold full sized damp towels, too. I rent a house that was not up to code and there are not the proper amount of inside studs in the walls. I have one in the bathroom and one in the guestroom.

Poor quality
I was so happy to find these hooks which go perfectly with my kitchen, unfortunately, one clasp was loose and very quickly and the marble fell out after a couple of uses - not great if children and dog are around. The quality of the hooks was not as expected, they should last substantially longer than they have. I now have a hook which I can't remove from my new gloss surface without risk of damaging so can't attempt a repair. Jinmury were excellent and dealt with a refund promptly, so great seller, but could not recommend the product.

Very stylish
This towel holder is fabulous (comes in a pack of two). Perfect for hanging a towel next to a small handbasin. Nice wood, not at all cheap looking. Fixing strip is strong (beware - get it right first time!) and the design is ingenious - a small marble holds the towel very securely, but the towel slides out sideways very easily. Perfect for a small space where other, more conventional hoops or rail would be too obtrusuve. Can't recommend highly enough.

Looks good
Arrived on time, looks really good once it's up. Two downsides to this product the item doesn't stick for very long found the 1st one fell off after a couple of days followed a few days later by the end one. Have now stuck them down with Superglue. The marble on the inside also keeps coming out.

Fantastic
Recently moved home, so have bought a fair amount of things lately, of which these are definitely in my top three. Love them. Would 100% recommend. But fiddly to start with, but once you get used to how you hang the towels and get them down you’re laughing.Excellent

Easy to hang, to use, and nice to see
Very nice product: easy to stick to the wall, practical in daily use, and it looks rather niced too, unlike most towel holders! Not sure I'd put a very large bath towel in there, but for the smaller ones it's great.
