I bought the choco flavor only because the honey was out of stock. The choco flavor tastes like it was baked with sugary, grainy NesQuik powder or ChocoMilk powder mixed into it, not cacao. Which I guess would be good if that’s what you like. It was too sweet for my taste. That’s probably why it helps “crush cravings” for sweets, because it already is one, being that the choco milk powder is likely made with processed sugar. But one will satisfy you for a while, I was surprised at that. But the grainy, sandy texture of the choco, I am not a fan of. Next time, I will hold out for the honey flavor. Or better yet, this has inspired me to formulate my own recipe. Maybe if I had the time lolUpdate: the honey flavor just came in today. Yum! It still tastes a touch too sweet for me. But it’s much better texture and flavor. It tastes like Honey Smacks cereal!

I have IBS and there are very few food items that don’t cause me pain and I rarely get to enjoy my food especially convenient food. So when I found these amaranth bars that taste good and only have 3 ingredients I was so excited! They don’t cause me pain and they really do crush my cravings ;)! Which is especially nice when I am on the go. Their nutritional profile is also great with only 1g of sugar and 4g of complete protein per bar plus all of the great vitamins and minerals in amaranth! I did experience a delay on my order when I ordered through the website, but when I contacted them through Amazon I got a prompt response and both my Amazon and cravingcrusher.net orders were delivered swiftly. Overall, it is a great health food product especially for those with a restricted diet or often get hungry on the go.

It’s delicious and nutritious. The reason I didn’t give a 5-star review is that it’s impossible to open each package with your hands. You will need to carry a small scissors to cut it open.

A bit on the expensive side but they were very tasty and good quality!

The bars are absolutely delicious. The problem is, they have been unavailable for months. Please tell me that these will be available again!

I bought 1 pack and ate all 10 in 2 days!!! These are so addicting I had to buy 4 morr packs... It is nutrition and if u are expecting like I am it is healthy for the baby's brain development and has a lot of good nutrients! Totally recommend but at your own risk because ur wallet will be drained after trying them once 😂

They might LOOK dry but I bought the chocolate ones and they are BEYOND amazing. I love them so much I've been passing them out to friends to get them interested and they all agree too!!! Perfect!

For such a lightweight treat, it really packs a punch. One bar can definitely bridge meal times or be eaten just before a workout. They taste just like the amaranth bars I remembered eating in Mexico more than 20 years ago. Thank you!
