Do i need neoprene socks with this?

That is optional but not required. These fins are intended to be worn without a boot but a neoprene sock or lycra sock will provide extra comfort.

Are your US sizes above men or women’s sizing? I’m a women’s size 9.5.

US Mens sizes. One of the product images shows conversion. 9.5 women`s would be 8-8.5 US men`s - size small-medium fins is your best fit. Thank you

Yes Bob T., they do float. And, I have to say...I have logged over 300 ocean dives and gone through multiple pairs of fins and I am so impressed with these that I am going to take them to Florida for my next dive for shark tooth fossils. They are amazingly powerful and so compact to pack with no loss of thrust per effort. Run to buy these. I have a white pair and my Mom's are (I think) turquoise. Great product Bob. No regrets here in Texas!
