Let me tell you something, this lil balm right here is a lifesaver and I would have not survived those first couple of months of breastfeeding and pumping if it wasn’t for this! The first time you nurse can be so painful, and I was clueless! I was in the hospital with cracked and chapped nipples. I immediately got to researching because I just REFUSED to continue this journey in pain. My baby is 8 months old now, and I still pump/nurse. I use it mostly for my pumping sessions as nursing doesn’t hurt as much as it did initially, however if I ever feel like I’m a bit dry I put some of it on. 10/10 definitely recommend. I was running low on my first one so this is my second time purchasing. The quality is great and it lasts so long. I will be honest, I don't have kids nor do I breastfeed, but I love this product. Smells and tastes like chocolate, but I use it to hydrate and moisturize my breasts (and does great with pierced nipples). It can be kind of "grainy" when you apply it, but once it melts after a while, it's fine.
