When they finally arrive they look good but either break quickly, are missing features that are meant to be there, don't work properly, or are non-standard sizes. This gadget is designed very well! It is obviously sturdy being built of aluminum (someone at a store thought it was an iphone - that should tell you something about perceived design quality) It holds a good amount of cards (I have 3 very thick business cards or 6 standard cards with 3 credit cards and an ID The button is a pleasure to use since it springs the holder forward. If you do not have a lot of cards in the container they can actually fly out. I do get confused about what end the cards are going to come out of but that us USER error. I also have a hard time with getting the last card (bottom card) out. But that's the nature of having cards stacked on top of each other. Super happy about this product.
