It’s freeze dried and would be no good for fishing **Q: Is this good for leopard geckos and ref eared sliders?** A: I dont know about lizards but my red ears are put off by the hard head parts. Although they did eat some I am not sure I would buy again as they end up in chewed pieces in the feeding tank.
