Acetyl L-Carnitine (ALCAR) 1500 mg per Serving – 100 Capsules – Non-GMO, Gluten-Free, Vegan

I’ve been taking this supplement for a week. No drastic negative effects. Small grumbles when I first started. I am following the directions on the bottle. Positive effects I am experiencing to date is the alertness with a boost of natural energy if I can say that. Note this supplement doesn’t have caffeine and I am not taking with any caffeine products. I do take the pill with food to avoid unnecessary issues. Little bit of an appetite suppressant. Weight loss little soon to tell but thinking if my energy has increased cause and effect I’ll have more energy to be moving around in turn calories to fall off

The pills were easy to swallow and they didn’t taste bad. I didn’t notice any improvements though.

Great product and value for money. I emptied two capsules into my pre-workout drink and it dissolved as it should. Had a great workout. Previously tried another brand, it wouldn't dissolve completely. Acetyl l carnitine supposed to be very soluble. Had to return directly to manufacturer for refund, the shipping cost was more than of the item purchased. This brand is legit, they don't include filler.

So let me start off that I rarely leave reviews but this vitamin deserves it. I got it yesterday night and for the last few days I was in a horrible mood,constantly tired, and always sore no matter how much rest I got, I was even taking naps during my lunch break but it was not helping. Did some research and came across this vitamin I took it last night and this morning and I gotta say I already feel better and I was even told I look way better than I did these last few days. I took two of these vitamins but I opened up the capsules and I poured the powder into a bottle of water and shook it and chugged it in one go. I have not felt I have a fishy aftertaste or fishy breath. The only aftertaste I have is that of a lemon. I hope this helps anyone on deciding to take this vitamin. I will update if I have any changes.

I assume the product is fine and does what it's supposed to do. It interacted with my hyperactivity in ways that were really unpleasant, though. Turns out increasing cellular energy and metabolism in a system that's already hyperactive just results in anxiety and jitters.

I suffered for a few years with extreme fatigue. Without getting into the nitty gritty details of my medical history, I’ll just say that one specialist and I felt pretty confident that the fatigue was at a cellular level. I tried various prescriptions and OTC supplements. One day, that specialist asked if I had tried L-carnitine. I had not. I was willing to try just about anything. I read reviews of various brands and ultimately decided to give this one a try a year + ago. I very much think it helped. I noticed energy improvements in the first month (not significant, but noticeable). It kept improving over time. If you are having fatigue issues, I think taking this is worth a try.

Me ha funcionado muy bien, ya no siento cansancio ni somnolencia durante el día despues de mis entrenamientos.

Lo tomo junto con el ácido alfa lipoico. Tengo dolor neuropatico debido a una lesión en mis cervicales y está funcionando para mi. Espero que a otras personas que atraviesen un problema como el mio, les sea de utilidad mi comentario.
