Only received half the set
I only received the big dumpling maker which is good, but the whole purpose of buying the set was to get all 3 sizes so it’s disappointing, still waiting on my refund

It's a love hate relationship
The media could not be loaded. Looking at the provided picture and videos you can't argue with the results. My perogies looked amazing and tasted great SADLY it wasn't much faster. The main benefit I got from using the clamp was that my perogies/dumplings were consistent and uniform in look and filling. This usually varies when doing it by hand. Why I struggled ..Your dough needs to be PERFECT.. if it's dry or loses its stretch you'll never be able to fit the dough on the clamp and GET IT TO STICK. My dough was perfect but after every time I cut the circle it shrunk so I had to stretch it like a mini pizza. If you handle the dough to much it warms up and becomes sticky, which makes getting the dumpling out of the press a fun experience bc it sticks. Here's the method that worked for me. Make sure only ONE SIDE of your dough is floured, let one side by sort of sticky, the the floured side goes down first on the metal, then the fold it a little and put your filling in. If you have flour on the inside the dumping will clamp but not close. A few times I had to wet the edge lightly to get it to close. My other BIGGEST concern is the rough metal finish, you need to be very careful you don't cut your hands. This is not something a child can help with because of this.Whether this works or not is TECHNIQUE, I'm hoping after trying it again I'll get faster. As of right now you'd only use this if your looking for LOOKS over time.

Basic, but works - Shockingly sharp
If you want something to use often, get something a little more quality based. If you are just trying out making dumplings, like me, this would work to test the waters. Extra details below:It didnt work quite as well as I had expected, but for the price it worked 'well enough'. I was a little surprised at how sharp the edges are. I was pressing hard to seal the dumpling and caught the edge and got about a half inch cut on my thumb. Again, for the price, I should have expected as much.

Helps one not rage quit dumpling making.
I thought this was going to be garbage, but it works really well for Chinese dumplings. While I do feel like my ancestors are more ashamed of me than normal, at least my dumplings stay closed. It’s not as sturdy as I’d like, and the edges can be sharp when you are pressing down, but I use a dish towel over it, and that fixes things. I’ve made 2 large batches of 176 dumplings with this thing and it’s worth it.
