    Serious Sizing Issues

This item looked so great, but it is completely oversized: I am a 5' 11" man weighing 210 lbs and the size Large was like a tent on me.  Had to take the time and effort to find a UPS store to return it to for a refund since Amazon's policy is apparently that I may not exchange it for another size since it is not either defective nor an item that Amazon sold directly (eg., a kindle).

Got it just before going on my vacation. I weigh 158 lbs and waist size 31.  Got medium size which was bit large though with the string, it did stay on.  My wife thought I look "dorky" as it was too baggy.  Upon returning from vacation, I had my dad try it. He is 170 lbs and size 34.  It fit him much better so it is his now.
