This is a terrible product; does not cover the width of the mattress, doesn’t keep the bed elevated and doesn’t work the way it says it will. I’d advise not purchasing. **Q: I have a standard box springs and mattress (coil not memory foam). Will using a double set work or harm the new mattress over time?** A: We have standard queen size box spring and mattress and we use TWO double sets, one double set under the mattress on each side of the top of the bed. The two lock together so there is no slippage. Each stack of two wedges will give you about 9 - 10 inches of lift. I think 15 - 20 inches (a stack of 3 - 4 wedges) would probably be the practical maximum lift you could get with this product. Select a size (wedge length) that best suits the width of your bed. **Q: can it be used on a sleep number bed** A: I originally had the bed wedges (reflux) and then switched to a sleep number bed. It's a nice solid plastic wedge you put under the mattress! So you have the same support and the effect is seamless. It slid easily under the mattress and was fragrance free. Comfortable and you can't feel it. Also made here in the US unlike many products with US sounding names that are made crappilly in China. If you're looking to raise the head of your bed and still sleep on your mattress and not some annoying solid wedge, this is the thing.
