Works well as expected, easy to use
Fast delivery. A little smaller than I had imagined but perfect for a 4.5 years old. Progress seen from day 2. after weeks of sleeping through bed wetting (like 2 Or 3 accidents at week) as soon as we started The program the alarm went off The second night and my daughter realised for the first time she had totally wet the bed, She was a bit confused as woken up by a loud alarm but The 4th night After the alarm went off (2nd time since start of the program) she managed to hold The rest and reached the toilet. Since then Only one more alarm early morning...And again she managed to hold the rest and go to toilet. we are now on 9 consecutive dry nights. The program says to wait for 14 consecutive dry nights before stopping it. We discussed before buy it and My daughter liked the idea and So far it has been very helpful. Simple and she feels in charge of it. No issues whatsoever. It feels a little hard To start with And makes a little noise When rolling on it As it is made of plastic Material but she got used To it straight away, and itโs working Very well and she so happy : no more nappies, no many wet accidents anymore. It comes with a small diary to keep track and colour in which is very appreciated.

Terrible quality
Dreadful. Alarm isn't loud enough. Woke 1 of my daughters, so worked for her, but not the other. Very poor quality. The leads became detatched from 2 mats (I mistakenly thought it was her rough handling the first time so bought another, what a waste of money!) and are impossible to reattach. Don't waste your money!

Works well
This worked just the way we needed it to. Detects a small amount of moisture, even when under the sheet. Alarm would sound. Nice and loud wakes you up immediately! The material is a bit crinkly hard plastic to move around on, but once lying on it flat it's comfortable enough. It enabled us to achieve our goal.

Perfect for my teen
Have used the various other alarms out there and they just DON'T DORK. They are too short for my son who turned 13. He hated those alarms with wires and the wireless ones seemed way overpriced for what they do. The Chummie Pro is a good system. The mat is large, not the most comfortable one for my son, but he fell asleep within a few minutes and would not wake up till the alarm went off. The only problem was that the mat moved at night and would come off from the sleeve. Called the manufacturer and they recommended I place it under the be sheet. Simple! Once done, the treatment was fast and very effective. Fast forward 2 months later and hes gotten over his bed-wetting. The system is simple to use and clean. After my son wet, I just cleaned the mat with a dry towel and placed it in the second sleeve. In the morning I would wash the sleeves. The alarm is loud (not jarring loud), but loud enough to wake him up and treat him. Bed-Wetting accidents went down gradually and two months later, hes not a bedwetter anymore. Perfect fro my teen!

Traumatic to child!
Imagine waking to the house fire alarm beside your bed. That is what this device sounds like. The instructions show a graphic of plugging in the device and the child sleeping. When the device senses moisture (later on that) the alarm sounds and per the instructions the device is deactivated and the child returns to sleep. What a load of... Real world... 1) The physical characteristics - The device is a plastic sheet similar to a disposable kitchen cutting surface. Conductive film is laminated to the sheet in a pattern where the circuit is broken. Moisture on the sheet completes the circuit activating the alarm. In real world conditions this means the sheet must be covered by the bed sheet (pretty obvious) however the sheet also promotes sweating due to child laying on the plastic - ALARM!. A second lightweight 'baby blanket' may solve or minimize this issue. For children who take baths or showers immediately before bed this will also create an issue. The moisture from hair and skin will easily set off the alarm. There is another inherent problem with the plastic sheet under the child. It FEELS like a plastic sheet and it SOUNDS like a plastic sheet. Not soothing for a good night's sleep. 2) The alarm - The device sounds like a loud pager from 1993 or a residential fire alarm. Imagine your little one waking to that. The wiring of the alarm allows it to be placed a few feet from the bed however THE INSTRUCTIONS ACTUALLY SUGGEST CLIPPING THE ALARM WITH ELECTRICAL WIRE TO YOUR CHILD'S SHIRT COLLAR! IT EVEN COMES WITH A LITTLE CLIP FOR THIS PURPOSE. Summary... This will not prevent bed wetting. The design actually requires bed wetting (or sweating, or drooling, etc.) to function. If anything the slightest moisture will set off the alarm and cause the entire household to wet the bed. At least then the child won't feel so bad about it. I can't imagine who thought it was a good idea to attach an electrical cord to a child's shirt collar (neck) at night. Yes...it was returned!

Broken cords - 7 nights
My son was super excited about this alarm and excited for the journey to stop bed wetting. We had used this with our 6 year old for 7 nights when the cross snapped that attach the alarm to the pad snapped off completed at the pad. The pad is pretty small so getting it into a good location was difficult, also it can be noisy when he moved at night. The noise did not bother him. We have reached out to Chummie support to see if they can assist with replacing the broken alarm. I gave it 2 stars as we were seeing progress in that he seemed was starting to wake up on his own from the alarm and from the wet feeling. My son loved that he could choose the color of his alarm and each night choose the alarm sound. My son loved this alarm and is very upset that it broke.

I can't believe anyone would genuinely give this product five stars--cheap and awful
All I can figure--with no disrespect to any of the people who wrote the other reviews--is that either a) the company has changed its manufacturing processes and what I received is not what they received, or b) they are fake reviews. This is probably the worst thing I have ever bought on Amazon. I understand with other purchases, like computers, that they will work fine for some people but not for others. This isn't like that. This is so cheaply made and so poorly designed that I honestly cannot imagine it working well for anyone. For your $150 (!), you get what is basically a laminated piece of paper with a couple of wires duct-taped to it that plug into an alarm. They must buy these wholesale for $5-10 each--there is no fabric, no sensors, not even a proper connector to the wires. Duct tape! If you use this for more than a week or two, it will fall apart. It just won't stand up to daily use. At least, that was my experience. Oh, and it doesn't work. Went off randomly when dry; didn't go off when wet. I bought it from what I think is a different company--"Theos Medical Systems"--which seems to operate under a lot of different names, no doubt one step ahead of the Better Business Bureau. If Forte Beauty really is a different company, then you might get good customer service, including the ability to get a refund when yours turns out to be garbage and you send it back. If Forte is actually Theos, then you will never get your money back--I have had all my emails go unanswered, despite being well within the return window and having already shipped it back to them. If you really feel like buying this product, I recommend you instead take your money, put it on a table, and light it on fire--it will save you a lot of aggravation.
