Does this work with a Galaxy S4

Bought 2 cards for Galaxy S4 in Dec. 2015 and both stopped working in March 2016, after return window closed in Jan. 2016. Very disappointed.

Is this compatible with the new 3ds xl game handheld?

Yes I use this exact card on my New Nintendo 3ds XL. If you download / purchase a lot of games digitally like I do, I highly recommend this size (32 GB) card as you will need the space. I have many games downloaded and STILL have plenty of space for more.

If the keychain accepts up to 32 GB of data, the micro chip should work. Be aware, not all devices will accept that amount of data upgrade, should tell you in your directions that came with the keychain. This chip is very tiny and comes with an adapter to transfer the info from your spy cam to your computer.
