I have opted for the X Heavy Resistance one and that's exactly what I have received, a long thick quality looking rubbery band.  The product appears to be durable and anchors to any door easily as it should be.  A very simple yet neat solution, perfect for home use as I now do all my fitness training here.  Once done, it can be stored away easily, too.  Nothing short of what I had expected.

Good quality rubber and comfy handles. I got the red one and it is not too tough. Probably for my purposes it would be nice if it was a little shorter. But better be longer than shorter. Nice handle for the door as well if fits all my doors at home.
