(When I placed my order, this "bottle orange" version was listed on the same page as various other colors/options with more reviews...as I write this, it seems to have been given its own page for some reason.) But when I actually received it, I was very happily surprised at the quality. The things I particularly like about it, versus some of the other similar stainless steel insulated travel mugs are (1) the texture of the painted finish and the dimples embossed in the metal make this MUCH easier to hold than a smooth SS mug; (2) the lid screws on securely instead of just pushing on; and (3) the drinking spout is very comfortable and easy to drink from without dripping. I had a question for the seller about the way the lid functioned (I didn't understand how the inner flap allows the beverage through when you go to drink from it), and they emailed me back within just a few hours with the answer. This mug fits perfectly in the cup holder of my vehicle, and as I type this, I'm 2.5 hours in on the coffee I got this morning and it is still nice and hot. I bought it for coffee and not for cold drinks but I imagine it would do a good job with those as well. I looked at a lot of travel mugs and all in all I am very happy I chose to try this one.I'd also like to mention that the person who gave this one star because they received emails asking for reviews isn't rating the product, but the seller. That review belongs in seller reviews, not here. The mug is really very good. Thus far I haven't received any solicitations for reviews from the seller, but I only ordered it a few days ago. Still, that is pretty standard behavior from marketplace sellers and I don't necessarily look at that as a big negative. ### ⭐⭐ Does not perform as advertised... *by S***N on April 29, 2019* Let's start with the product description.. Say's "will keep drinks hot for at least 12 hours" I poured my coffee at 630am, it is now 1015am, said coffee is luke warm at best!! I gave it two stars because I do like the construction as well as the lid. Does not keep my coffee hot though!!!
