I love it.
Great, sturdy 1000d. Hook and loop in the front for patches. Rips away from the mounting part. Zippers are super smooth.

Roomy and high quality
This makes for a great IFAK to attach to a pack or just to have in the vehicle. Lots of room and places to secure medical gear. I was surprised at how well it was constructed and how much space it contained.

It works
Pretty good pack. MOLLE is NOT to spec. Spacing is wrong. Straps on back are sewn in. Did not receive red Cross patch as advertised.

Grab & Go, with LOTS of room!
Great product! Very well made, and durable. This little guy has plenty of room- holds my husbands epi-pen, along with a first aid kit, gloves & still room to spare. Great grab & go that you can pack with necessary items.

Not Multicam and the MOLLE doesn’t line up
This is my first review of any product. First let me say it is not real Multicam but more importantly the MOLLE doesn’t line up on any of my bags or belts. Grabbed my Condor Med pouch and the MOLLE mounts perfectly. This is obviously a Chinese knock off. Don’t buy if you are looking for a real Med kit for our belt or plate carrier. Get a condor or HSGI.
