Magnesium (Glycinate), 90 Capsules

Well, usually, I do not give a review this early. I just received the pure brand Magnesium glycinate 120mg three days ago and I’m truly already feeling the difference. I originally got this product because I was getting a lot of muscle cramps when getting in and out of my delivery truck and getting severe charlie horses and muscle spasms in my legs. I’m on my feet and very active throughout the day. with that being said with in just two days my muscles started to recover quicker, and the Charlie horses and the muscle spasms have stoped I’m also finding that I’m getting better sleep as well. Now I have tried all kinds of magnesium supplements throughout my lifetime and this by far is the most impressive one I have taken and its easy on the stomach and it’s not overly expensive, which is a nice perk to. I would highly recommend this product.

I've purchased this magnesium several times and take it regularly at night. The capsules are easy to swallow and I haven't experienced any stomach discomfort from them. The bottle also lasts a long time, which I appreciate. In my experience, taking it in the evening helps me relax and feel calmer, sleep better, and cope with everyday stress more easily. I've been happy with it and continue to reorder it.

I was having trouble staying asleep. I.could fall asleep then wake up and not be able to go back to sleep. I read the reviews and wanted to give it a try. I tried one capsule around an hour before bed, but didn't feel any different. I tried 2 capsules the following week and sleep through the night. Everyone is different so you may have to see what works for you. Pure encapsulation is a wonderful brand. There isn't any bad ingredients added.

I have always been the type of woman who would lay down in bed at night and fight with raving thoughts for up to 2 hours. I also have struggled with pretty bad anxiety the last few years. I read about magnesium and decided to give it a shot so I ordered this product. My first bottle was ordered several months ago and I refuse to go without. Within a month of taking this product nightly, I could tell a major difference in my ability to fall asleep and with my level of anxiety. I now have the ability to fall asleep within 20 minutes of lying down which is amazing. I also chalk up being able to better handle my anxiety to this. Of course, I still have anxiety but it doesn’t get to a point that it’s consuming. As long as the quality of this product never decreases, I’ll likely have a lifetime subscription. A MUST!

This is an excellent product. Pure is a responsible company. I've been using these supplements for over a year, and I find them more effective than similar Thorne products. They help ease muscle cramps, and when I take them before bed, I feel much better. No GI issues or bloating. You can trust any supplements from Pure- a good purchase.

These are by far the best Magnesium Glycinate pills I could find, no microcrystalline cellulose, so they don't affect my digestive system,high dose (120 mg elemental magnessium), very effective for sleep, but unfortunately the capsules are almost too large to swallow.

I’ve taken magnesium on and off for years and never noticed much of a difference. I even tried the Amazon Dr. brand, and while my husband noticed, it didn’t do much for me. After I told my functional medicine doctor I was struggling to sleep, she recommended this brand to help support better sleep and hormone balance. All I can say is Wow. If I take it around 7, I’m wobbling my way to bed and out by 8:30. I sleep deeply through the night, which used to feel impossible- i was waking up at midnight, 2, and 4. This has made a huge difference for me. My husband and I are literally sleeping like rocks. I guess the brand does make a difference!

Been taking this regularly and it's easy on my stomach, which was my issue with other magnesium I've tried. No upset or weird aftertaste. Capsules are easy to swallow and the 180 count lasts a long time, so it's a good value. Nice that it's a clean formula without a bunch of extra fillers. I like taking it in the evening as part of my routine. Good option if you want a quality magnesium you can actually stick with.

Great magnesium — finally something that actually works I’ve been taking this magnesium every night, and I’m honestly impressed. The capsule is quite large, but soft and very easy to swallow — no discomfort at all. Within the first days I felt my nervous system calm down, my body finally relax in the evening, and my sleep became noticeably deeper and smoother. I wake up feeling rested instead of wired and tense. I’m definitely repurchasing this one. It’s a simple supplement, but it actually works.
