The cardboard box it’s shipped in is very good and the seal on the mouth of the jug is good BUT a little packing or something to stabilize the jugs in the box needs to happen because from what I’ve read and now have experienced first hand the damaged cap(s) don’t seem to do well in shipping. Granted 3-gallons in one box is probably heavier than most packages that do get the hands on treatment but I would add a little more enroute thought when shipping these. Our seal on jug held so I am cool with that. But if it leaked you would be screwed. And it says you can’t return these. So here is an opportunity for someone to do something about that. Will anything change(?) With todays norms, probably not. But if I was the boss it would be dealt with when they are placed in the box. But that’s just me. Deal or no deal on 3 gallons at a shot, if just one arrived leaking or not shipped the whole way down the line to the user/customer (that’s us), I’m going with a different plan. Sorry to cry.
