Most of the content is no repeats, There will be a small part same. but I am not sure all packs are the same.

They are about 3inch by 9 inch ideal for party bags

Can you put them on a curved surface, such as the handle of a scooter (or are they too stiff)?

They are quite stiff, but some of them are fairly small so they would be Ok on a curved surface. The adhesive is also strong.
