The delivery arrived on time but you're not told they will only driver to the ground floor until after you've completed the purchase. They also open the mirror to check it hasn't been damaged in transit meaning you have to manoeuvre it around your house without any protection.The product itself is solid but the build instructions aren't clear e.g. none of the panels are labelled.
