Very poor quality. I get a closer shave with my old Norelco shaver heads, that I have used for 2 years, than I get with the new heads. Very dull.

I have an older Norelco triple-head razor. The blade fit well and give a good shave.

I’ve been using Phillips triple-head elect razor for almost 30 years. It’s been a quality product. So when my five yr old blades started getting dull I bought what I thought was an exact cowell & blade replacement. Only it isn’t an exact replacement. Not even close. Problem is the three round covers that hold the blades close to your skin and beard is a knock-off, made from steel that is way too thick to bring the blades close enough to your face to result in a close shave. No matter how you try you end up with stubble hair everywhere. And yes, these new blades and covers were Chinese made. I compared my old blade set side-by-side to the new set and you can see how different the design and material the new set is to the old set. The old set uses very thin steel and control rings within the cover to best guide the blades. The new set isn’t close in design and performance I recommend you Don’t waste your time and money on this product - as it is today. I will return them to Amazon and continue using my old blade set that performs far better.

Replacement heads never seem as good as original that I have experienced. These were worse than usual in that they did not shave close and would often catch and pull hair rather than cutting it. I shave daily so I do not have a long beard. Just bought a new shaver instead of trying to use these.

I bought these to replace the blades in my 8240 XL shaver and they give a WORSE shave than the old blades. Don"t waste your money

These are perfect we weren't able to buy locally as they do not make these anymore. Took a long time to arrive, at one point i contacted the seller as the tracking stopped.

these blades although correct size but does not cut hair so waste of money and time

This purchase was total waste of money. I only bought them as they were on Amazon so thought they would therefore be ok. I feel that i have been conned by clever presentation. When I fitted them to my Philips electric razor they not only felt very rough on my face but would not cut whiskers clean. I would recommend that Amazon should remove them from sales for the sake of Amazon's reputation.
