Listen Folks, I almost didn't buy this trap because of some bad reviews. But the truth of the matter is, this trap worked in two hours of setup. Yes I had to do tweaking on the mechanism . Its obvious that in order to break it down flat for shipping some of the parts got bent just a degree but its a simple easy fix. Now , we had a stray dog that someone dumped offf. And after price gouging on the internet on a larger type trap I bit the bullet and bought this trap. Its a excellent trap caught the dog in just two hours.

Big enough to fit a medium size dog when I put it together in my living room. The door at the back is hard to use... might not be a door though.

Easy to set up and take down. I have had mine for several months now. I have caught several possums and ratcoons with it. I like it because it easily folds up for storage. Draw back: It is not heavy duty. I have caught large ratcoons with it and they have not been able to escape, however I don't think it would be adequate for larger animals.

Just thankful and glad that we were able to trap and released 3 raccoons in 3 weeks span. We don't intend to trap them all; just the ones that go in the garage. We rarely see raccoons at all except for the mess they leave in the garage. I do recommend this product. I only wished four side walls had solid metal instead of mesh wires for added protection. The first one we caught was really big and aggressive. All in all, we are content. Thank you.

Easy to assemble and large enough for a raccoon. The first night it trapped a cat. We had the trap in the wrong location. We moved it to a different location and the second night we caught the raccoon. We will keep putting it in that location until all the raccoons are gone and now we have a trap to use when and if they come back. It’s easy to flatten and store.

What a piece of junk this is. It's flimsy. It won't stay locked open. It rusted after one use. The metal bends easily. Most importantly, there is no release door. You have to hold the trap door open for the animal to exit. I wish I had bought any other trap other than this trap. Literally any other trap.

It works perfectly and has caught many wild animals, it’s up to you to use your imagination to bait the trap, in order to catch a specific kind of animal.

Haven't had a chance to use it yet but the wires seem a little thin and the edges are definitely sharp like one reviewer said. I want to take time to file them or put some plastigrip on them before I use it. Definitely a good price and fast shipping.
