I no longer have the packaging, but nowhere on the parts do they say they were made in China.

How good is the quality?

For the price, I was surprised at the quality of them. They were thick enough for a firm grip and the rubber on the bottom gave it good control.

How wide is the Powertec push stick?

The handle portion is 1” wide and the lower push stick portion is 9/16” wide.
