Are there any versions available without the quote on the front? just solid black with gold pages?

Currently this notebook only has this version. The black cover has the golden quote on the front. Its pages are blank, white paper with gold edges.

Can you get this book with lines?

No...only blank pages. And I don't recommend the book as it fell apart before I even used it.
