Brushes comfortable to use, easy to close after use and have a little hole in the "cap" to allow drying after use. The Case is hard pseudo-leather and a bit if a shame as a nicer leather case would be the icing on the cake so to speak. Having said that, the case is good and protects the brushes well. I also have Da Vinci Maestro series 35 and 10 brushes so, I can compare. The difference between them is the kolinsky sable vs red sable, the second one is less expensive. They are slightly less resilient and may have a shorter life span.
