Being a sufferer of Plantar Ficiitus, I can honestly say that these gel inserts really bring relief. Two pair in the price, so saves swopping them. One side of the insert is sticky so they stop in place. Should they become soiled, a quick wipe with a damp cloth, and they are good as new.

These really do help my daughter’s severs. Have put them in all of her shoes & trainers and they ease the pain significantly. The stickiness isn’t great however so they do slip out when she takes her shoes off.

Keep slipping down in my boot, so bit of a pain.

Great product. Bought for plabtar fascitis. These are ultra comfortable and unintrusive. Have tried numerous other insoles/orthotics some of them four times the cost insoles, all of them ended up in the bin. A bargain!

Just what I needed, fits shoe perfectly and give good relief

Purchased to put in trainers when I am Zumbering, cheaper alternative to purchasing Zumba trainers ;-) I think they do the job, they are comfortable & not had any problems with them. Easy to wash and keep clean

These are great. It’s nice to have the cushioning, especially because I think I am quite heavy on my heels when I walk. I bought them because I suffer from plantar fasciitis and whilst it’s early days, I feel that the heel cups have been beneficial. They don’t stick as well as advertised, which doesn’t surprise me, with all the movement above and the dust/ dirt which inevitably finds its way under them; but they tend to stay in place nevertheless, and fit different shoes. I would recommend them and will probably buy more.

I’ve started using the heels in my shoes and noticed a difference to support my heel pain I’ve experienced just recently I’m going to keep using them to help heal the pain worth it

Easy, convenient and effective

Ich bin sehr beeindruckt von den gelkissen ich trage die seit ein paar Tagen und bis jetzt habe ich keine Beschwerden. Im Gegenteil es fühlt sich sehr angenehm an meiner Ferse und in meine Schuhe passt es auch sehr gut rein und rutscht nicht. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Für meine Füsse zu unbequem und hart. Probiert und für "schlecht" befunden
