One of the best digestive enzymes. Works great. So far integrity is not compromised by Amazon either. I don't always trust what I buy on Amazon because they apparently don't care if supplements get swapped for inferior products. They should care.

I bought these based on online reviews. My gut has been destroyed by years long use of proton pump inhibitors for Barrett’s and GERD. I researched an alternative to those and found out low dose melatonin and digestive enzymes have the same effect as ppi over short period of time. I’m not a medical professional so I can’t say for sure but I’m not having reflux and my food is digesting properly now using these. No side effects to speak of. I don’t take them with snacks, just meals
