I struggled with IBS-D and heartburn for YEARS now (IBS-D actually since my childhood) and this product helps tremendously! Even in the morning, after I get up, I don't have heartburn anymore and I can eat basically what I want, without getting the runs 5 minutes later! One time I spent more time in the bathroom than at the dinner table in a restaurant. I take 2 capsules after every meal and I'm fine. For me it took about 4 weeks to REALLY REALLY work, so give it time! It's a wonderful feeling to wake up in the morning without heartburn! I get the capsules delivered every month and I don't want to be without it anymore! It's a great product and I think people suffering from IBS or heartburn should absolutely give it a try! I'm very glad I found it!

I have suffered from heart burn for many years and started taking this to help with overall digestion. It has helped my heart burn a lot, and my overall digestion. I sometimes forget to take it when I eat, and I can usually tell a few hours later because I get bloated and uncomfortable, like I did before I started taking it. I am going to keep going with this because I just feel better on it :)

I am gluten sensitive and even though I avoid it, this helps my body absorb the nutrients better.

I give this product a five star because it really took care of some of my tummy issues at 68. I continue to use it for digestion as we get older. We lose the important nutrients to break down what we eat easy to take.

I like this product because its convenient to take probiotics and enzymes together. Am not sure if it has enough of each ingredient. Reason why I omitted one star is because it took a long time to arrive. However this place has the cheapest price and the shipping was free...about $19.95 total.Retail is about $29.95 and most amazon products incur shipping charges. I will continue to buy this product. Also, for big meals I use a product with higher amounts of enzymes...called DIGEST GOLD by Enzymedica. Also I use RAW PROBIOTICS from GARDEN OF LIFE, called WOMEN 50 AND WISER...NOT THE VITAMIN CODE ONE WITH A SIMILAR NAME, also by Garden of Life. I also use various Kumbucha drinks for probiotics. DIGESTIVE HEALTH by EMERALD's list of ingredients is hard to read. Would be easier if they listed them in veritical order, one per line and bigger letters, but with my glasses and magnifying glass, (both) I can read it with difficulty. Still dont know if the amounts are enough or not.

If I accidentally get glutened I take these to back the effect off. I also try to take them with every meal out in case there is cross contamination. They also seem to allow me to tolerate small amounts of xanthan gum. After antibiotics I am taking one with every meal along with digest spectrum. Will always keep these on hand.
